My journey began as a high-level teenage rugby player; sparking a passion for health, fitness and self-improvement. After graduating University, I separately gained qualification as a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Since then, I ran my own coaching business alongside working in the Corporate world for 5 years and simultaneously obtained the ACA qualification from the Big 4. The following 2 years were then spent as a full-time executive trainer at the private member’s gym, Equinox.

The expertise I have refined over the last decade has enabled me to successfully transform the health and lives of 100+ CEO’s, MD’s, Partners and Business Leaders across multiple sectors.

My approach is different,
and that is why it works.

Holistic

This is a realistic way for measuring progress as nothing is linear. This also takes into account the realities of a busy and challenging lifestyle as an business leader.

Personal

A good working relationship is key to feeling comfortable and confident when training. Collaborating on a plan tailored to your unique lifestyle and goals will also help you learn and stay consistent over the long-term.

Realistic

I understand what it is actually like to live a busy, high-performing life, whilst also achieving your fitness goals. Because of that I am realistic in expectations and plan of action. My methods are tried and tested.
